With its artistic director Alber Elbaz and Lucas Ossemdrijver, on November 23, we will be able to enjoy one of H & M’s most exclusive and luxurious collections in at least 200 stores around the world. Does not curiosity kill you?, How do you imagine the garments of this new collaboration? Until November 2 we will know absolutely nothing of the details of it! Can you hold on? From H & M ensure that the collection will be full of “wonderful surprises.”
The truth is that I was very surprised by the news; I would never have said that the next house of fashion to collaborate would be Lanvin! In fact, I believe that even Alber Elbaz does not believe it yet…
“H & M contacted us for collaboration and to see if we could translate the dream we created into Lanvin for a wider target audience, not simply offer a dress for less money,” explains Alber Elbaz. “I’ve always said in the past that I would never make a collection for the masses but what caught my attention was the idea that H & M would create a more luxurious collection than Lanvin designed something public.”
“It has been an exceptional job, where two companies at the poles can work together because we share the same philosophy of bringing joy and beauty to men and women around the world,” adds Lanvin’s artistic director.
